Apabila Printer Epson L800 anda tiba-tiba tidak berfungsi dan bukan disebabkan oleh hardwarenya maka kemungkinan printer tersebut harus di reset menggunakan software.
Dan cara reset http://www.dimensidata.com/brands/printer/epson.aspx L800 sebagai berikut :
- Nyalakan Printer Epson L800 . Pastikan driver L800 sudah terinstall sebelumnya.
- Download Software Resetter Epson L800 klik di sini
- Extract Resetter L800 hasil download, kemudian jalankan dengan dobel klik file "AdjProg.exe".
- Kemudian Klik Accept ➾ Particular Adjustment mode ➾ Waste Ink Pad Counter ➾ OK ➾Check (untuk mengetahui mainpad counter / platten pad counter) ➾ Centang Main Pad Counter dan Platten Pad Counter ➾ Initialization ➾ Finish.
